This body of rather eclectic work by Tree Helicopter is a tribute to those who spend hours hunched over shortwave radios, trancing out to the mysteries of spy stations and distorted musics from the far corners of the unknown.

Straight-ahead, catchy, dark electronica. Good headphone music (like everything else we offer, actually). This project is a spinoff from Rolling Calf Sinfonette, with oblique and obscure sci-fi and conspiracy references sprinkled throughout.

Mirage Emigrants is the third collection by Saluki Regicide, and the sixth release overall. Saluki Regicide continues to surprise and delight listeners with strange visionary abstractions in sound. Dark, at times nostalgic, these compositions manage somehow to be simultaneously warm and alien.

Akashic Crow’s Nest offers its own peculiar take on Webbed Hand Records’ Rain series of album-length ambient releases. The ACN sound is distinguished by the use of an image synthesizer (pictures are translated into sounds) to produce most of the auditory elements used in its compositions. Very peculiar but often remarkably musical and uncannily magical.

Number 3 from Rolling Calf Sinfonette for Webbed Hand’s esteemed “Rain” series of ambient concept albums. Trancey, very bassy. An excellent soundtrack for long meditations. Approximately 74 minutes long.

Number 3 from Saluki Regicide, for Webbed Hand’s popular “Rain” series of ambient concept albums. Psychedelic, synaesthetic, it puts your mind in a very strange place. Play this while you sleep. This is a single CD-length (approx 74 minutes) track.

The Webbed Hand Records “Rain” series is graced by a second contribution from Saluki Regicide. A 74-minute hallucination, warm as a crackling fire, and casting many peculiar shadows.

Saluki Regicide returns with another selection of haunted head music to disturb your inner child. These are some very strange recordings.

The second Rain release by Rolling Calf Sinfonette. Trancey and dreamy and sweetened with purring cats and echoing harps. A relaxing recording to lull you to sleep. This is a single album-length (approx 74 minutes) track, meant to be played at low volume.
