About the album:
“The music was inspired by the monsoon forests and savannas of Bali Barat Park in West Bali. Thinking about the sounds of storms and gamelan. Gave me some ideas to fit the long metallic drones of gongs and bells with thunder and rain.

The album was composed with the FM8 synthesizer, Audacity recorder, and Creative Commons sounds from Freesound.org as following: Thunder and rain sounds courtesy of Erdie, High-Ho, and SpeedY. Gamelan sounds courtesy of anamorphosis.

Jack Hertz works with real and artificial sounds to create intangible techno-organic impressions between music and noise. More information can be found at http://jackhertz.com”
